What makes our seasoning salt collection so special is that we use finely ground rock salt without additives or anti-caking agents, which reflects beautifully in the light. The grain size is fine at 0.4-1.4 mm. In contrast to very finely ground rock salt with a grain size of 0.16-0.7 mm, the aromas come out better. This is because you first taste the spices before a piece of salt rounds off the taste experience on your tongue.
Whether for the grill, pan or oven: sprinkle whole chickens or chicken parts such as legs, wings or breasts with our roast chicken salt and not only get a magical crispy skin in terms of color, but also an extraordinary aroma of our finely balanced spices.
Our roast chicken seasoning salt is also suitable for turkey.
For an “original” Wiesnhendl, wash the chicken, pat it dry with kitchen paper and oil it carefully, preferably with sunflower oil. Then sprinkle the roast chicken on all sides with our roast chicken seasoning salt and place it in the roasting tin in a preheated oven at 200°C for 90 minutes. Turn the roast chicken after 45 minutes.
