Probably the best vinegars we produce. Whether tarragon, savory, dill, bay leaf, rosemary, lemon thyme or lemon mint - we only use garden-fresh, hand-picked herbs for our herbal vinegars. They are matured in barrels, filtered and, after bottling, are again filled by hand with fresh herbs for further maturation and flavor intensification in order to meet the highest visual standards - every bottle is unique!

Our herb vinegars can be used in many different ways in the kitchen, for example in a classic mixed salad, but also for various starters, main courses, as a marinade for grilled meat or grilled vegetables - you can even spice up a glass of water with herb vinegar as a refreshing delicacy on hot days.
