Intense purple blackberries give this vinegar a very special hue with bold berry flavor. Sun-ripened thumb-sized blackberries refined in a naturally derived distilled vinegar with no preservatives or colorings, no flavorings or flavor enhancers, no emulsifiers or sugars/sweeteners.
Not filtered, but a naturally cloudy vinegar for unadulterated enjoyment. Matured in barrels with small pieces of fruit that enrich every dish. Here you can taste the pure nature. Already when opening the bottle a particularly appetizing fragrance escapes.

Versatile in the kitchen, whether for fresh mixed salads, fish or meat dishes and even for desserts. Salads are intensified in taste by the fruit pieces. The vinegar is also perfect to use as a marinade. For successful barbecue evenings, simply marinate the meat overnight, the meat becomes particularly tender and gets a fine fruity note. Our special recommendation for our blackberry vinegar are leaf salads like rocket and radiccio. The strong fruity flavor of blackberry vinegar also harmonizes with beetroot, roasted mushrooms, lentils as well as cabbage salads (red cabbage or white cabbage) and bean salads. Or use blackberry vinegar to create sophisticated dips, dark sauces and marinades for dark meats, especially game and liver. Also for desserts some blackberry vinegar over creams, fruit salads, ice cream or cheese plate. Our pointed corks are pure natural products from sustainable harvest. They were cut from one piece of the bark, then heated at more than 65 degrees (core temperature) for several hours and are thus thermally disinfected (no poisons and chemicals, only heat).
