Fine Roast Chicken Spice Salt with Natural Rock Salt
Our roast chicken spice salt is based on high-quality, finely ground rock salt without any additives or anti-caking agents. The grain size of 0.4 to 1.4 mm ensures that the flavors of the spices come through particularly intensely. Unlike very fine salt (0.16–0.7 mm), you first taste the spices, followed by the salt, which harmoniously rounds off the flavor. Visually, the salt impresses with its beautiful, natural light reflection.

Sprinkle our Brathähnchen spice salt generously over whole chickens or individual pieces such as drumsticks, wings, and breasts. You will achieve not only a wonderfully crispy, golden-brown skin but also a balanced, aromatic flavor thanks to our carefully balanced spice blend. This spice salt also works excellently with turkey.
How to Prepare the Original Bavarian Oktoberfest Wiesnhendl
For the perfect roast chicken, rinse the poultry thoroughly, pat it dry, and brush it lightly with sunflower oil. Then generously sprinkle it all over with our Brathähnchen spice salt. Place the chicken in a roasting pan and cook in a preheated oven at 200 °C for approximately 90 minutes. After about 45 minutes, we recommend turning the chicken for especially even crispiness.
Our tip: For an extra crispy skin, brush the chicken occasionally with a marinade of vinegar, oil, and our Brathähnchen spice salt — for an intensely flavorful experience.
