With all fruit liqueurs, we attach great importance to the character of the fruit - whether sweet, fruity tart or sour. For this reason, we work with a lot of fruit and only a very low sugar content. In some liqueurs, we completely dispense with additional sugar due to the high sugar content of the fruit.
From traditional production to bottling, labeling and corking, everything is lovingly handcrafted.

Our pointed corks are pure natural products from sustainable harvest. They were cut from one piece from the bark, then heated at more than 65 degrees (core temperature) for several hours and are thus thermally disinfected (no poisons and chemicals, only heat).
