The special feature of our seasoning salt collection: we use a finely ground rock salt with no additives or anti-caking agents, which reflects beautifully in the light. The grain size is fine at 0.4-1.4 mm. In contrast to very finely ground rock salt with a grain size of 0.16-0.7 mm, the aromas come out better. This is because you first taste the spices before a piece of salt rounds off the taste experience on your tongue.

Peppers belong to the nightshade family and are used both as a vegetable and as a spice. The pungency comes from the varying concentration of capsaicin. The perennial herbaceous plant can grow up to 150 centimetres high. Peppers originated in Central and South America and have been cultivated for 10,000 years.

You can season all dishes with our paprika salt and give them a pleasant paprika flavor. Whether for salads, goulash dishes, fish or potato and pasta dishes. Also ideal for Mexican cuisine if you don't want it too spicy. But also for Asian dishes or Indian curries for seasoning.
