Rosemary is an evergreen shrub from the genus of labiates. It reaches heights of 0.5-2 meters and has a very intense smell. Already in ancient times rosemary was cultivated and also used as a drug. Rosemary is an important spice in Italian and French cuisine and part of the Provence herb mix.
