Coming from the province of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Aceto Balsamico or Balsamic Vinegar is a vinegar made from wine vinegar and grape must, with a very dark color and a sweet and sour taste. We offer this pure as well as refined with fresh fruit and fresh herbs.
We deliberately avoid sugar, sweeteners, chemical additives such as flavors and preservatives.
